Purpose
For the liver cleanse to work best, only use a cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil.
There's a lot of choice on supermarket shelves at very different prices. When using olive oil for medicinal purposes, great care must be taken over the choice.
This oil is from a family-run operation in York, Western Australia. No pesticides are used in the farming process and the oil contains no additives or preservatives. The oil is extracted by purely mechanical means and at a temperature ("cold pressed") that does not lead to alterations in the oil.
